Collages allow me to synthesize my thoughts by finding informational and geometrical associations. The visual work and theoretical philosophy of art-theorist György Kepes inspires my process. Through tracing and juxtaposing, I am “educating my vision” to perceive different spatial relationships and find patterns between various bits of information out of which new meanings emerge, and thus new ways of “seeing.”
